"Beyond Books" Lending Library

The Pharmacology and Toxicology Department collects and distributes gently used household items for our graduate students to use while in residence here in Lawrence. Items that have been requested by incoming students include the following:

  1. Desks & chairs
  2. Lamps & lightbulbs
  3. Kitchen appliances (eg: microwave, coffee pot, blender, toaster, etc.)
  4. Pots & pans
  5. Plates, bowls, mugs & glasses
  6. Forks, knives & spoons
  7. Clothes hangers
  8. Small plastic boxes for organizing clothes & jewelry
  9. Mattresses
  10. Couches & chairs

If you would like to donate any household items that you no longer need, please contact Sarah Hoadley for assistance.

Current graduate students may also request information about items that are currently available for use.
