- 2016, B.S., Behavioral Neuroscience, University of Kansas
As an undergraduate student I developed a strong interest in neurodegenerative diseases, specifically Alzheimer's Disease (AD). I mainly studied the behavioral effects of the diseases. I joined Dr. Zhao's lab in the fall of 2017 and am excited to investigate the molecular side of the disease. Our lab is currently investigating the role of ApoE4 in AD. My primary research focuses on the role of V-ATPase on synaptic transmission.
